This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Become proficient in Vapi's platform, its customers, and the Voice AI industry.
• Understand our outbound methodology, sales process, and ideal customer profile (ICP).
• Observe top performers and start engaging with both inbound and outbound prospects.
• Create a qualified pipeline through a mix of inbound conversion and strategic outbound prospecting.
• Conduct discovery conversations with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to identify and grow opportunities within targeted accounts.
• Consistently surpass pipeline generation goals.
• Develop and manage a territory strategy aimed at high-potential accounts.
• Create personalized outreach campaigns utilizing email, phone, LinkedIn, events, and innovative prospecting techniques.
• Position yourself as a trusted advisor on how Voice AI can deliver business value to prospects.
• Qualify inbound inquiries from businesses assessing Voice AI solutions.
• Identify, research, and engage key decision-makers within target accounts.
• Work in conjunction with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to provide customer insights and market feedback.
• Maintain precise pipeline and activity tracking within CRM systems.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of Vapi's outbound strategy as we scale.
• 1–3+ years of experience as an SDR/BDR.
• Proven record of top performance.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Highly competitive and driven by ambitious goals.
