• Engage in proactive prospecting activities, including email outreach, phone calls, and follow-ups to cultivate qualified leads.
• Conduct inbound and outbound sales discussions with a high level of professionalism and strong consultative selling techniques.
• Establish and nurture relationships with both prospective and current B2B clients.
• Provide outstanding client management and customer service throughout the entire sales process.
• Organize meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-up actions in collaboration with internal teams.
• Keep precise records and track pipeline activities using Salesforce and Salesloft.
• Assist in account management efforts and ensure prompt communication with clients.
• Collaborate with leadership and sales teams to achieve performance targets and KPIs.
• Efficiently manage multiple client interactions and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Present the company in a professional manner in both Arabic and English-speaking markets.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales Development, SaaS sales, or B2B outbound sales.
• At least 1 year of experience selling online educational products, digital learning solutions, or testing platforms is highly desirable.
• Strong familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools, specifically Salesforce and Salesloft.
• Excellent communication abilities in both Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated capability to manage client relationships and provide outstanding customer service.
• Strong skills in multitasking, organization, and time management.
• Comfortable operating within structured sales processes and KPI-driven environments.
• Experience in account management or client-facing support roles is a plus.
