This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Qualify, follow up, educate, and nurture a significant volume of inbound and outbound leads to advance prospects through Cribl’s sales pipeline.
• Promptly respond to and qualify inbound marketing leads in accordance with established SLAs.
• Arrange sales-ready meetings and opportunities for sales executives by applying Cribl’s qualification criteria.
• Conduct research on targeted new accounts, pinpoint key personas, compile contacts and emails, and generate interest via cold discovery calls and email campaigns.
• Utilize learned sales techniques to enhance customer interactions, providing high-level introductions.
• Employ strong selling and influencing abilities to comprehend and reveal customer needs and business challenges, effectively demonstrating how Cribl addresses these issues.
• Log, monitor, and maintain Salesforce consistently, following Cribl’s lead to opportunity flow process.
• Accurately allocate leads and meetings through discovery to designated sales executives.
• Regularly meet meeting quotas to ensure the achievement of territory revenue and growth goals.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Directors and participate in customer meetings as necessary.
• Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and local trade shows to stay updated with technology.
• Responsible for the DACH Territory.
• A minimum of 1-3 years of prior prospecting experience.
• Familiarity with systems, specifically Salesforce, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, and other prospecting tools.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong business and technical acumen.
• Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting individual.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to comprehend customer needs and successfully fulfill those needs with a product sale.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Previous lead generation or sales prospecting experience, along with a college degree, will enhance your suitability for this position.
• Must be fluent in German to effectively cover the DACH Territory.
