This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Qualify inbound DACH leads by responding promptly, evaluating their fit against our ideal customer profile, and converting suitable leads into SQOs.
• Conduct discovery sessions: inquire beyond the initial request to uncover the true project details, identify pain points, and understand the buying context.
• Transition larger opportunities to Account Executives with thorough and complete notes.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage follow-ups and timing effectively.
• Contribute to the team's monthly SQO and MRR objectives.
• Proficient in German at a native level (C2) and fluent in English (C1).
• Knowledge of Spanish, Italian, or French is an advantage.
• A genuine interest in technology and comfortable engaging with technical buyers.
• Highly organized and structured, with a focus on swift initial contact.
• Inquisitive nature, able to explore a prospect's situation beyond the surface level.
• Aspiration to build a career in Sales.
• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance efficiency, whether for prospect research, refining outreach, or expediting qualification.
• Experience with CRM or sales tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, outreach platforms) is appreciated but not mandatory.
