This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Guiding clients towards potential solutions, delivering continuous support, and fostering strong relationships through outstanding customer service.

• Developing outbound outreach campaigns and email sequences, while promptly and professionally addressing customer inquiries.

• Identifying, prospecting, and reaching out to new leads via both inbound and outbound channels, following up through email, phone, and various outreach methods.

• Performing A/B tests on different strategies to enhance outcomes and boost conversion rates.

• Conducting online demonstrations of our platform to highlight the benefits and features of our products.

• Crafting and negotiating offers to successfully close deals with prospective customers.

• Upselling to current customers by recognizing additional value and advantages.


⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a sales position, demonstrating a successful track record of meeting and surpassing targets.

• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

• Strong problem-solving skills: Ability to identify customer pain points and deliver effective solutions.

• Proficient in utilizing a variety of technology platforms and tools.

• Effective time management skills: Competence in managing workload efficiently and prioritizing tasks to meet targets and deadlines.

• Positive mindset: Ability to collaborate well within a team, adapt to changes, and perform effectively under pressure.

• Enjoyment in delivering online demonstrations.

• Experience with various companies and industries.
