This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
• Establish connections with potential clients to understand their staffing and outsourcing requirements.
• Deliver the company's outsourcing solutions in a professional and consultative manner.
• Qualify leads and assist prospects throughout the sales journey.
• Arrange and conduct discovery calls and sales meetings with prospective clients.
• Draft proposals and follow up with prospects to secure new business opportunities.
• Maintain and update client data, sales activities, and opportunities in the CRM system.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales, revenue, and client acquisition goals.
• Build long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and provide market insights to the management team.
• Prior experience in sales, business development, account management, client acquisition, or a related customer-facing role.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business and close sales successfully.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Confident in communicating with business owners, managers, and decision-makers.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• C1 English proficiency (near-native fluency with minimal accent).
