• Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through extensive outbound prospecting, which includes cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other avenues.
• Efficiently qualify inbound leads produced by marketing and partnerships, ensuring prompt response times and seamless transitions to Account Executives.
• Conduct research to identify promising prospects, including “hidden gems” within our database of over 100,000 companies.
• Engage in discovery and needs-assessment discussions to comprehend the requirements, use cases, and suitability of prospects.
• Evaluate leads based on fit, need, timing, and decision-making criteria to prioritize opportunities with the highest conversion potential.
• Effectively communicate THE/STUDIO’s value proposition at a high level to assess alignment and interest.
• Arrange and coordinate qualified meetings or product demonstrations for the Account Executive team.
• Collaborate closely with AEs to ensure smooth transitions and comprehensive context for each qualified opportunity.
• Maintain precise and detailed CRM records, tracking all outreach and follow-up activities.
• Proactively identify potential pipeline risks or gaps and modify outreach strategies to enhance conversion rates.
• Partner with Marketing and Sales to optimize messaging, targeting, and outreach processes for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
• Over 2 years of experience in an outbound-focused Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative, or comparable position.
• Proven track record in executing high-volume outbound prospecting, with a strong emphasis on cold calling and emailing.
• Established ability to thrive in a high-frequency, fast-paced sales environment while upholding rigorous qualification standards.
• Comfortable with consistent daily outreach and quick follow-ups across various channels.
• Strong sense of urgency, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage a large volume of prospects without compromising quality.
• Structured, analytical, and data-oriented mindset.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Minimum C1 level proficiency in English.
• Practical experience with CRM software such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
• Familiarity with outbound and prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Salesloft, Cognism, or similar platforms.
