This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Leverage Salesforce, cold calling, emails, social media, and other communication methods to achieve and surpass a designated number of new sales opportunities each month.
• Achieve and exceed a pre-established quota of meetings each month with key decision-makers in special education.
• Recognize the obstacles preventing prospects from reaching their district objectives and propose suitable products and services to facilitate their success.
• Actively pursue new business prospects in the K-12 education sector, which includes conducting engaging sales discussions to comprehend client requirements, demonstrating the value of our solutions, and converting leads into qualified opportunities.
• Develop strategic prospecting plans that encompass cold calls, emails, social media, and other communication avenues for conference participation, company events, and other lead-generating initiatives supported by TeachTown.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to create engaging written and digital content for the Sales team to utilize at events and in email outreach.
• Establish and maintain records for accounts, contacts, and opportunities in Salesforce.
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance knowledge of the TeachTown business, our clients, and our sales methodology.
• A minimum of 2 years of progressively responsible professional experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proven experience in prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
• An inquisitive mindset to understand the special education sector along with various sales processes and methodologies.
• A solid track record of meeting and exceeding measurable performance targets.
• A demonstrated history of embracing a growth mindset that flourishes in a coaching-oriented culture, valuing feedback, and promoting self-reflection and personal growth.
• A background of delivering results while fostering a “team-first” environment.
