Sales Development Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Respond promptly to leads and act as the initial personal contact for prospects engaging with the company.

• Foster buyer conversations that lead to qualified sales opportunities.

• Initiate contact with leads with efficiency and accuracy.

• Assess leads through research, targeted communication, and attentive listening.

• Work collaboratively with sales team members to arrange discovery calls and product demonstrations.

• Supply comprehensive information to the sales team for informed discussions and product showcases.

• Identify and suggest enhancements to processes and tools.

• Achieve or surpass the designated quota for contact engagements.

• Document and maintain data within various tracking systems.

• Highly qualified applicants may possess technical skills (not mandatory).

• Highly qualified applicants may have experience with CRMs and sales enablement platforms, such as Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator (not mandatory).
