Sales Development Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage with potential students who are interested in initiating or enhancing their careers in real estate transaction coordination.

• Conduct phone or video consultations to gain insights into the prospects’ aspirations, experience, and motivations.

• Articulate the benefits of Top Tier’s Quantum Leap and Luminary programs.

• Provide information on professional training, support for business setup, transaction coordinator certification, live coaching, automation tools, and access to the community.

• Follow up with prospects and assist them throughout the enrollment process.

• Address objections and successfully close deals with qualified prospects.

• Maintain thorough documentation and oversee the sales pipeline effectively.

• Achieve activity, enrollment, and revenue targets.

• Represent the Top Tier brand in a professional manner.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in sales, enrollment, admissions, coaching, real estate, or high-ticket sales is preferred.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Confidence in discussing premium educational offerings and making sales requests.

• A motivated, goal-driven individual with exceptional follow-through skills.

• Capability to work autonomously and manage a sales pipeline efficiently.

• Ability to connect with individuals from diverse professional backgrounds.

• Experience with CRM software, phone sales, or virtual consultations is advantageous.

• Knowledge of real estate or transaction coordination is beneficial but not essential.
