This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

• Identify and engage with prospective customers that align with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

• Perform high-volume outreach through phone, email, and social media, achieving 80+ dials daily to generate qualified leads.

• Conduct research on organizations and key decision-makers to tailor outreach and enhance engagement.

• Assess inbound and outbound leads to ensure proper alignment prior to transferring to Account Executives.

• Facilitate live call transfers to Account Executives when prospects express readiness to engage.

• Oversee lead progression through the sales funnel utilizing CRM tools, ensuring data accuracy and transparency.

• Collaborate with Account Executives to formulate territory strategies and stimulate pipeline growth.

• Exchange insights, ideas, and best practices with colleagues to enhance team performance.

• Maintain consistent follow-up with all leads to foster relationships and keep opportunities advancing.

• Prior experience in a sales or business development position with proven success in lead generation or client interaction.

• Higher education in Sales, Marketing, or Business is preferred.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey value clearly and convincingly.

• Strong time management abilities, capable of juggling multiple priorities and achieving targets, including a goal of 4 qualified meetings weekly.

• A proactive attitude with a dedication to continuous improvement and personal accountability.

• Proficient in using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and outreach tools to manage and monitor activities.

• Experienced in researching target markets, identifying opportunities, and developing outreach strategies.

• Fluency in English is required.
