• Lead Generation: Identify and research potential leads through various channels, including online exploration, social media, and industry events.
• Outbound Prospecting: Perform outreach via phone, email, and social media to engage prospective clients and showcase Opus1 as a leading solution in the industry.
• Cold Calling: Maintain a consistent and high-volume cold calling effort daily, serving as the main prospecting strategy for generating qualified meetings and pipeline opportunities.
• Lead Qualification: Assess the needs and challenges of potential clients to ascertain their fit for our platform and qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads and engage in strategy sessions to enhance outreach methods.
• Pipeline Management: Keep accurate records of lead interactions and status updates within the CRM system, ensuring that all data is current and readily available.
• Meeting Coordination: Arrange meetings between qualified leads and Account Executives, ensuring effective communication of all pertinent information.
• Demonstrated experience in sales, customer service, or a related sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Proficient with CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Resilience and persistence in a high-volume outreach setting.
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and a willingness to be coached.
• Preferred qualifications include experience in music or the performing arts.
