This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify, engage, and qualify potential customers through outbound prospecting and responding to inbound leads.
• Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Implement personalized outreach via various digital platforms.
• Evaluate prospects based on their business requirements and strategic alignment.
• Arrange discovery meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
• Investigate prospect organizations to identify relevant initiatives and challenges.
• Ensure accurate account and prospect data is maintained within CRM and sales engagement systems.
• Assist existing customers in the Digital Customer Success program and oversee renewals.
• Partner with marketing and account executives to formulate strategies for prospective clients.
• 3-5+ years of experience in sales development, business development, inside sales, or customer-facing SaaS roles.
• Strong interest in B2B technology sales and a commitment to building a career in enterprise software.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to confidently engage with executives.
• Inquisitive, resourceful, and comfortable conducting research on complex organizations and industries.
• Self-driven with a strong work ethic and the capability to excel in a remote work environment.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with outstanding time management abilities.
• Willing and able to travel occasionally for industry conferences and trade shows.
• Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and ZoomInfo is preferred.
• Experience in selling or prospecting within DAM, CMS, MAM, ECM, SaaS, AI, or enterprise software markets is an advantage.
