This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• In the role of Sales Development Representative at DoiT Cloud Intelligence (DCI), you will take charge of outbound lead generation through methods such as email outreach, phone calls, and leveraging LinkedIn to schedule demos with qualified prospects in your designated area.
• You will serve as a key member of the sales team, working closely with regional Field Sales teams to advance the qualified pipeline in collaboration with Account Executives (AE), concentrating on the essential metrics of qualified meetings scheduled and pipeline generated.
• Conduct outreach to set meetings through both automated and manual prospecting campaigns, aiming to meet daily and monthly pipeline objectives.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure a strong alignment on territory planning, prioritization of accounts, and feedback mechanisms to enhance the quality of the pipeline.
• Assist in developing and refining our outbound strategy by identifying and engaging decision-makers.
• Create, manage, and optimize large-scale multi-channel outbound campaigns using various tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Clay, and others.
• Take ownership of the outbound process from thorough account research to ensuring a qualified meeting is successfully scheduled for the Account Executive team.
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance messaging, call scripts, and multi-channel outreach strategies to boost conversion rates and overall outbound effectiveness.
• Support Regional GTM & Marketing initiatives across both digital and onsite platforms.
• Effectively communicate compelling value propositions to technical buyers and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest product and service offerings.
• Stay informed about the latest product/service information.
• Some travel may be necessary.
• 1–3+ years of experience as an SDR/BDR in the Cloud sector, ideally with a focus on selling to technical decision-makers such as CTOs, VP of Engineering, or Heads of DevOps.
• Demonstrated experience in selling SaaS B2B or cloud products or services.
• A proven track record of achieving results in an outbound lead generation context.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate various tools or campaigns in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• A goal-oriented and self-driven mindset, coupled with the "grit" needed to overcome challenges and accelerate sales efforts.
• Capability to exercise a high level of autonomy and sales authority while maintaining exceptional organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Spanish, and Italian; proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
