This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
⢠Outbound Calling: You will conduct qualified cold calls on a daily basis to D2C brands located in the DACH region.
⢠Lead Qualification: During conversations, you will assess whether a lead aligns with our criteria and smoothly transition them to the Account Executive (AE).
⢠Meeting Booking: You are responsible for scheduling qualified meetings for our Account Executives.
⢠Multichannel Outreach: You will enhance outreach efforts by combining calls with LinkedIn and email for optimal effectiveness.
⢠CRM & Reporting: You will meticulously document interactions in Close, monitor your KPIs, and continually seek to improve.
⢠Script Testing: You will evaluate openings, pitches, and objection handling techniques, making adjustments based on data insights.
⢠You are comfortable using the phone and thrive in making calls.
⢠Proficient communication skills in both German (native) and English.
⢠High energy and self-motivated, even during the 80th call of the day.
⢠Resilience: A rejection does not deter your motivation.
⢠Quick thinking, sharp comprehension, and good interpersonal instincts are essential.
⢠Some prior experience in outbound sales or cold calling (B2B) is preferred.
⢠Experience is not strictly necessary; what matters most is your enthusiasm and drive.
⢠Bonus: Familiarity with D2C or e-commerce brands.
⢠Experience with tools like Close, Apollo, Clay, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is advantageous.
⢠Previous experience in agency sales or SaaS sales is a plus.
⢠Experience in high-pressure environments such as startups or performance-focused teams is beneficial.
