This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +6 more states.
β’ Develop and oversee a high-quality top-of-the-funnel strategy for your region (North America).
β’ Transform signals (such as intent, partner insights, events, and web traffic) into executive-level meetings.
β’ Assess these meetings and convert them into opportunities for the AE team to finalize.
β’ Implement inbound and outbound sequences (Email, Phone, LinkedIn) while ensuring Salesforce data integrity.
β’ Work in partnership with AEs on account strategies and outreach; exchange messaging and success stories with the team.
β’ Regularly achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly meeting/opportunity goals; propose ideas to enhance response rates and conversion.
β’ At least 1 year of experience as an SDR/BDR or in a similar role.
β’ Self-motivated, collaborative, and resilient.
β’ Proficient in clear and concise writing along with a confident presence on phone/video calls.
β’ Discipline in using tools and processes; comfortable with CRM systems and Sales Execution platforms (or eager to learn).
β’ Capable of working both independently and in cross-functional teams.
β’ Openness to travel for occasional attendance at industry events.
β’ Experience with enterprise SaaS (Low-code/software development platforms) or within the SAP ecosystem is preferred.
β’ Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (6sense, Demandbase), CRM tools (Salesforce/Hubspot), and Sales Execution platforms (Outreach, Salesloft, Groove) is preferred.
