Sales Development Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +10 more states.

📋 Description

• Identify and engage with ecommerce retailers, brands, and partners.

• Develop and implement low-volume, high-touch multi-channel outreach strategies (including calls, emails, and sequencing), along with high-volume, low-touch email campaigns to create new opportunities.

• Assist Account Executives by organizing qualified meetings and building a sales pipeline.

• Perform strategic research on target accounts and customize messaging for key personas.

• Create personalized outreach efforts that foster engagement and response.

• Effectively communicate Minty’s value proposition and its role in driving revenue and customer acquisition.

• Manage objections and qualify opportunities proficiently.

• Keep accurate and current records of all prospect interactions within the CRM system.

• Take ownership of follow-up communications with promptness, consistency, and personalization.

• Regularly meet or surpass qualified meeting targets.

• Collaborate closely with Commercial leadership and Account Executives.

• Continuously learn, experiment with new strategies, and contribute to team best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales Development Representative (SDR) or a related sales role.

• Background or strong interest in ecommerce, affiliate marketing, martech, or adtech.

• Demonstrated ability to prospect and engage through multi-channel outreach.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Highly organized with effective time management and follow-through capabilities.

• Ability to excel in a remote, fast-paced work environment.

• Self-motivated individual with a desire to learn and advance in sales.
