This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Take charge of generating outbound pipelines aimed at large enterprise accounts throughout the UK and EMEA, focusing on essential sectors such as healthcare, financial services, and technology.
β’ Collaborate closely with enterprise Account Executives on account strategies β co-manage designated accounts, align on entry strategies, and execute coordinated multi-threaded initiatives to penetrate large organizations.
β’ Conduct research on target accounts to create highly tailored and technically credible outreach through email, LinkedIn, and phone communications.
β’ Schedule discovery calls and product demonstrations for enterprise AEs, ensuring they have comprehensive context to engage effectively and be well-prepared.
β’ Collaborate with the broader Go-To-Market (GTM) organization β including marketing, solutions engineering, and product teams β on campaign strategies, ideal customer profile (ICP) refinement, and feedback loops that enhance our enterprise approach.
β’ Provide valuable market intelligence back to the product and GTM teams; you will often be the first to learn about buyer interests and concerns.
β’ Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly pipeline objectives.
β’ 1β3 years of experience as an SDR or BDR, preferably in a developer tools, infrastructure, or voice AI company.
β’ A genuine curiosity about technology β while coding skills are not necessary, you should be able to engage in meaningful discussions about the advantages of a managed WebRTC platform compared to a self-hosted solution.
β’ Excellent written communication skills β you understand the distinction between an email that gets ignored and one that elicits a response.
β’ Familiarity with sales engagement tools and Salesforce.
β’ Proven history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
β’ Ability to thrive in a dynamic, early-stage environment where the operational playbook is still evolving and adaptability is essential.
