This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Create valuable business opportunities with startups, scale-ups, and enterprise technology firms.
β’ Keep in touch with prospects through emails, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other forms of communication.
β’ Comprehend client requirements, challenges, and hiring goals to evaluate alignment with Index services.
β’ Work closely with Lead Generation, Marketing, and Recruitment teams to ensure cohesive messaging and targeting.
β’ Oversee and cultivate leads through regular follow-ups and organized sequences.
β’ Represent Index in a professional manner in all external communications and interactions.
β’ Proven experience in outreach, prospecting, and adapting to the needs of the prospect.
β’ Preferred technical knowledge of programming languages.
β’ International experience is considered a plus.
β’ A minimum of 2 years in similar roles will be regarded as a strong advantage.
β’ Long-term assignment.
