This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
β’ Conduct at least 100 outbound cold calls daily to potential real estate investors and property owners.
β’ Assess leads according to investment criteria, property types, and financial needs.
β’ Aim to secure 10 high-quality appointments each day for the Loan Originators.
β’ Diligently manage and update lead statuses within the CRM (HubSpot/GoHighLevel).
β’ Work in conjunction with the underwriting team to ensure a smooth transition of potential deals.
β’ Actively follow up with prospects to sustain a consistent sales pipeline.
β’ Professional Fluency: Must be fully bilingual in Spanish and English.
β’ Experience: Mid-to-senior level expertise in cold calling and appointment setting (No entry-level).
β’ Domain Knowledge: Demonstrated experience in real estate finance or investment property lending.
β’ Performance: Capable of maintaining a high-volume call rate without compromising quality.
β’ Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, PipeDrive, or GHL) and VOIP dialers (AirCall/CloudTalk).
β’ Availability: Must align with US Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
β’ Equipment: Personal laptop, reliable high-speed internet, and a noise-cancelling headset.
