This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
β’ Perform extensive outbound prospecting activities, making over 70 cold calls each day.
β’ Identify and engage with key decision-makers in targeted B2B companies.
β’ Assess and qualify both inbound and outbound leads according to client specifications.
β’ Arrange meetings and demonstrations for Account Executives and sales teams.
β’ Oversee and update CRM records with precise prospect information and activity tracking.
β’ Implement multi-channel outreach campaigns through phone, email, and LinkedIn.
β’ Regularly achieve or surpass KPIs related to calls, meetings scheduled, and pipeline creation.
β’ Work closely with sales leadership to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
β’ Conduct research on target accounts to tailor outreach efforts as needed.
β’ At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales or as a Sales Development Representative (SDR).
β’ Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of outbound calls (70+ calls daily).
β’ Excellent skills in cold calling, objection handling, and overall communication.
β’ Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, or equivalent tools.
β’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
β’ Proficient in English communication, both verbal and written.
β’ Dependable internet connection and a professional setup for remote work.
