This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify prospective new accounts and engage with already qualified accounts to convert them into meetings for our Account Executive sales team.
• Conduct outbound cold calls and manage inbound opportunities.
• Communicate our value proposition and promptly address any inquiries during the sales process.
• Generate and qualify leads, make outbound calls, and ensure timely follow-ups with individuals.
• Establish rapport and trust over the phone to understand the potential partner and their business needs.
• Schedule qualified meetings within the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) while adhering to best practices and standard procedures.
• Meet performance metrics by following established processes and utilizing various communication tools, including phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Employ best practices to spark interest in Huntress, emphasizing the value that Huntress can deliver.
• Identify new accounts for our database through research and qualification on LinkedIn and other platforms, providing detailed notes within our CRM system.
• Respond to all client inquiries with honesty, professionalism, and empathy.
• Continuously enhance cold calling skills, messaging strategies, and pipeline management abilities based on best practices, company training, and feedback.
• Meticulously document all interactions and prospecting activities in our CRM while ensuring data hygiene.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and management to support the team in achieving its goals.
• Minimum of 8 months experience in a quota-carrying, outbound B2B SaaS sales role.
• Proven experience with outbound cold-calling.
• Outstanding time management skills, including the capacity to prioritize competing tasks.
• Proficient in navigating multiple platforms and systems simultaneously.
• Enjoy working collaboratively to meet individual, team, and company objectives.
