This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Take charge of top-of-funnel initiatives to consistently schedule qualified meetings with target accounts throughout Europe, in line with specific monthly and quarterly objectives.
• Develop and implement multi-channel outbound strategies (email, LinkedIn, phone, events) to engage new prospects and reactivate inactive leads.
• Confidently initiate phone calls, conduct discovery conversations, and swiftly ascertain whether a prospect aligns well with Giskard.
• Compose original and insightful messages that capture attention in crowded inboxes, tailoring tone and content for technical decision-makers.
• Acquire a solid understanding of Giskard’s AI security and quality platform to effectively communicate the challenges of securing GenAI agents and the value we deliver.
• Provide field insights, refine ideal customer profile definitions, enhance messaging, and contribute innovative ideas for campaigns, content, and events.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of all activities, contacts, opportunities, and outreach campaigns to ensure reliable visibility into pipeline health and outreach effectiveness.
• Proficient in English and another European language (German, French, or another major European language); professional fluency in both is required.
• Formal training in business development/sales development methodologies, including cold calling, objection management, qualification frameworks, and multi-channel outreach.
• Practical experience using AI-driven qualification tools and sales automation platforms such as n8n, LaGrowthMachine, Lemlist, or Apollo (or similar tools).
• Highly creative communication skills: adept at crafting messages and building sequences that elicit responses, and comfortable experimenting with new approaches and formats.
• Strong capacity to quickly grasp deeply technical subjects, ask pertinent questions, and distill complex AI and cybersecurity concepts into clear, straightforward value propositions.
• Resilient, competitive, and goal-driven mindset: motivated by targets, capable of tracking personal metrics, and viewing each “no” as a learning opportunity.
• Ability to learn and execute rapidly, demonstrating a coachable and feedback-oriented mindset.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and a data-driven approach to prioritizing accounts and activities.
• Genuine interest in Generative AI, AI security, and the deployment of GenAI agents in enterprise environments.
• Base salary: 30-40 K€ per year, depending on experience.
• Variable salary: up to 20 K€ per year, based on performance.
