This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Performing strategic account research to pinpoint key decision-makers and identify business challenges.
• Employing a multi-channel strategy to engage and cultivate potential customers, ensuring a smooth transition of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) to Sales Executives.
• Timely addressing prospect inquiries and effectively conveying Criteria’s solutions for their hiring needs.
• Meeting key performance indicators related to outbound activities and SQL generation.
• Maintaining data integrity and delivering actionable market insights to the sales and marketing teams.
• Keeping a comprehensive understanding of Criteria’s product offerings to effectively communicate their value proposition.
• Adhering to established lead management protocols and committing to continuous learning.
• Utilizing intent data to proactively reach out to organizations showing active buying signals and assisting Sales Executives with additional lead generation efforts.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and qualify prospects, effectively articulating Criteria’s distinct value proposition.
• Expertise in persuasive written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with SDR tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, and Salesforce.
• Skill in developing outreach cadences and creating email templates.
• Understanding of prospect profiles and personas.
• Strong collaborative and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and the competitive landscape.
