Sales Development Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Expand Cresta’s client base through tailored emails, phone calls, and innovative social media outreach.

• Craft persuasive and engaging messaging to attract targeted accounts.

• Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to plan, strategize, and implement outreach campaigns aimed at driving revenue growth.

• Evaluate market research data and devise strategic methods to enhance awareness and stimulate interest in Cresta.

• Work alongside account executives to facilitate meetings and build the sales pipeline.

• Develop and prioritize lists of target accounts and contacts.

• Engage in high-level discussions with executives at prospective accounts.

• Meet monthly targets for meetings, qualified opportunities, and generated pipeline.

• Assist in creating sales pitches, presentations, reference materials, and other necessary documents.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Over 6 months of prior sales experience (preferably in a Software/High Tech company).

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-demand environment.

• A highly competitive nature.

• A positive mindset: You’re a team player who remains resilient in the face of challenges and is unafraid of receiving “no thank you!”

• A self-starter who is always seeking ways to enhance job performance. When you notice an opportunity, you seize it.

• Proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, with effective communication skills in both written and verbal formats.

• Excellent organizational abilities with a knack for prioritization.

• Strong articulation skills coupled with solid business insight.

• A talented storyteller, able to convey messages clearly, concisely, and compellingly through written, verbal, and visual formats.
