This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform comprehensive research on designated target accounts, pinpointing key decision-makers, challenges, and company initiatives to guide personalized outreach strategies.
• Interact with prospects using a multi-channel strategy, which includes cold calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, and social media engagements. Employ a highly customized approach to connect with executives and other stakeholders at high-value accounts.
• Create tailored messaging for each prospect based on account research and identified pain points. Develop emails, LinkedIn messages, and call scripts that align with their unique needs and challenges.
• Establish rapport with prospects, initiate discussions, and nurture leads until they are ready for further engagement by the sales team.
• Interact with potential customers to gauge their needs, assess them against our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), and arrange discovery meetings for the Account Executive team.
• Carefully document all interactions, notes, and next steps within our CRM (HubSpot). Ensure that all data remains current and accurate for smooth transitions to the sales team.
• Achieve and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets, including calls, emails, and qualified meetings scheduled. Regularly analyze metrics to enhance and optimize outreach strategies.
• High School diploma is mandatory.
• At least 1 year of outbound sales development experience is preferred, with a proven track record of exceeding KPIs.
• Excellent communication abilities via phone and email.
• Demonstrated creative problem-solving skills and strong analytical capabilities.
