This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +9 more states.
β’ Identify and target new customers by utilizing high-volume and high-velocity outbound prospecting methods.
β’ Schedule quality meetings, effectively manage a sales pipeline, and cultivate relationships.
β’ Create innovative and tailored outreach strategies to engage potential customers.
β’ Keep precise and comprehensive records of all sales activities and customer interactions within our CRM system.
β’ A minimum of 2+ years of demonstrated experience in a sales development role, with a solid background in lead generation through cold calls and emails.
β’ [Preferred] Experience in Inside Sales targeting the Public Safety and/or Education sectors.
β’ Eagerness to engage in new projects, experiment, learn quickly from setbacks, and scale successful initiatives.
β’ Proficiency in Gong, Salesforce, Zoominfo, or similar sales tools and programs.
β’ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, complemented by strong organizational and leadership capabilities. Problem-solving abilities are essential.
β’ A positive attitude, with a strong sense of curiosity and a willingness to be coached. Openness to learning new tools, systems, and best practices for continuous improvement is expected.
β’ Adaptability and patience in a rapidly evolving environment, recognizing that processes may frequently change.
β’ Strong active listening skills, with the ability to build relationships, tactfully address objections, and find innovative solutions to challenges.
