This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create a qualified sales pipeline by implementing outbound prospecting campaigns through email, phone, and social media using established messaging frameworks and sequencing tools.
• Evaluate both inbound and outbound leads by analyzing business needs, purchasing processes, timelines, budgets, and alignment with ideal customer profile criteria.
• Partner with Account Executives to enhance named account strategies by researching accounts and pinpointing key decision-makers and influencers.
• Tailor outreach efforts to potential buyers by utilizing account intelligence, industry insights, and engagement data.
• Ensure precise and current prospect and account activities in CRM systems by documenting calls, emails, meetings, and disposition notes.
• Leverage sales engagement and research tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sequencing platforms to identify and prioritize outreach activities.
• Offer constructive feedback to Growth, Content, and Product Marketing teams regarding lead quality and campaign performance.
• Assist with event-driven prospecting initiatives by organizing pre-event outreach and conducting timely follow-ups with leads generated from events.
• Meet or surpass monthly and quarterly pipeline generation goals by managing daily activity metrics and maintaining a consistent prospecting schedule.
• Cultivate a foundational understanding of company products, value propositions, and competitive positioning to effectively convey solutions to potential clients.
• Foster productive internal relationships with sales and marketing stakeholders to ensure alignment on territory priorities and opportunity transitions.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales development, business development, or inside sales within a SaaS or financial technology setting, showcasing consistent achievement of pipeline or activity-based targets.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and sales engagement tools like SalesLoft, Outreach, and Gong Engage.
• Familiarity with contact enrichment and discovery tools such as ZoomInfo.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the capacity to personalize outreach.
• Proven ability to manage multiple prospecting channels concurrently.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for tracking and reporting activities.
• Understanding of enterprise SaaS sales cycles and buyer personas.
• Capability to analyze engagement data to prioritize outreach efforts.
