This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Assist a Senior Sales Executive and handle daily interactions with potential customers.
• Arrange conference calls and meetings for the VP of Sales with prospective clients.
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the healthcare sector.
• Investigate potential leads.
• Collaborate with the Vice President of Sales to formulate a targeted outreach strategy for prospective clients.
• Conduct cold calls and send emails to arrange meetings and conference calls.
• Identify and engage prospective ED Medical Directors, CMOs, and other healthcare leaders.
• Interact with potential customers, including chief health care executives.
• Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets by scheduling meetings.
• Prepare background information and market research in advance of all sales meetings.
• Handle post-sales meeting follow-ups, such as scheduling subsequent calls.
• Maintain an internal database to monitor essential performance metrics.
• Oversee calendaring, logistics, and administrative duties for all sales activities.
• Manage special projects as needed.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in customer service.
• Proven experience working collaboratively within a team.
• Background in sales or fundraising.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Proficient in communicating via email and phone.
• Capability to tackle challenges or obstacles as they arise.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Not eligible for benefits or paid time off.
