• Conduct product demonstrations (both online and in-person) and confidently represent Bizimply.
• Manage your sales pipeline through various stages and forecast new business opportunities.
• Own and meet quarterly and annual sales targets that align with the company's objectives.
• Perform in-depth and analytical discovery to identify the root causes of challenges faced by our customers.
• Actively seek out and engage new customers through your personal network, outbound initiatives, and strategic partnerships.
• Handle feature requests and collaborate with our product team to continually enhance our top-tier tools.
• 2–3 years of desired sales experience, ideally within the SaaS and/or hospitality industries.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or surpassing sales objectives.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (such as HubSpot) and sales automation platforms.
• Comprehensive understanding of the daily operations of multi-location retail/hospitality establishments.
• A solution-oriented mindset and a passion for addressing customer pain points.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Strong skills in presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal communication.
