Sales Development Manager – Infectious Disease Point of Care Diagnostics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Identify, target, and engage accounts that currently have no business with us.

• Develop and implement territory strategies aimed at generating leads, qualifying prospects, and converting opportunities.

• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial outreach to final contract closure.

• Build and sustain a robust understanding of competitive products.

• Conduct cold calls to access competitive accounts, generate interest among healthcare providers and administrative stakeholders, and establish the ID value proposition.

• Assess market trends, competitive activities, and customer requirements to shape the sales strategy.

• Collaborate with internal teams to formulate contract proposals and pricing strategies.

• Train and develop the sales force of third-party distributors within the assigned territory.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Over 4 years of demonstrated success in relevant sales experience.

• Proven track record of success in converting competitive leads from generation to closure.

• Experience as an individual contributor, including skills in problem solving, complex selling, planning, and execution.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory (4 days a week, with up to approximately 50% overnight travel).
