Sales Development Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Employ effective customer account management strategies with a structured approach to present and negotiate a persuasive commercial proposal that achieves the sustainable profit goals for the territory.

• At the territory level, responsible for executing the Free Trade Sales strategy with a focus on proprietary brewed products.

• Supported by the range of products and services on offer, utilize innovative market-leading techniques to assist existing clients and acquire new business accounts that meet trading profit and volume objectives.

• Efficiently utilize joint business partnerships (JBPs) to maximize distribution target opportunities with our key suppliers.

• Develop a systematic strategy for territory management to fully leverage the competitive advantage of marketing team promotional campaigns.

• Balance customer needs with risk exposure by providing financial backing to Free Trade accounts through Greene King loans of up to £750k, which support the achievement of OBV targets.

• By collaborating to understand customer needs, continuously enhance relationships with current and potential accounts, establishing Greene King as a trusted partner that drives sales and fulfills territory goals.

• Proven experience in a Sales Manager role with a strong sense of ownership.

• Robust commercial acumen that enables you to maximize profitability.

• High proficiency in data and financial analysis for effective planning and implementation.

• Exceptional negotiation abilities.

• Experience in the on-trade sector is advantageous.
