This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the entire sales process from prospecting to closing for new MCP Essentials and Enterprise opportunities.
• Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of new business prospects within banks, credit unions, IMBs, and mortgage lenders.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with executive, operational, and technical stakeholders.
• Conduct discovery sessions to gain insights into customer challenges, operational workflows, compliance needs, and strategic objectives.
• Articulate Mortgage Cadence solutions by clearly conveying both technical capabilities and business outcomes.
• Lead and facilitate customized product demonstrations, workshops, and solution presentations in collaboration with Solutions Strategists and technical teams.
• Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles that involve multiple stakeholders and require long-term strategic account planning.
• Act as the primary point of contact for solution-related discussions throughout the sales journey.
• Work together with internal teams to craft customized solution strategies that align with lenders' operational and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in Proof-of-Concept (POC), pilot, and evaluation initiatives with potential customers.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of MCP Essentials, MCP Enterprise, mortgage workflows, integrations, APIs, and AI-driven automation capabilities.
• Effectively convey the value of Agentic AI features, workflow automation, and operational efficiencies to both business and technical audiences.
• Stay updated on the mortgage technology landscape, LOS platforms, regulatory trends, and competitive dynamics.
• Represent Mortgage Cadence at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer events, including MBA and regional mortgage industry occasions.
• Utilize existing industry relationships and partnerships to create pipeline opportunities and enhance market presence.
• Provide market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to Product, Marketing, and Leadership teams.
• Accurately oversee pipeline activities, opportunity progression, forecasting, and CRM updates.
• Develop strategic account plans and maintain visibility into sales performance and revenue goals.
• Collaborate across functions with Implementation, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to foster customer acquisition and long-term success.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, presales engineering, solutions consulting, or customer-facing roles in mortgage technology, fintech, or related sectors.
• Strong grasp of the mortgage production lifecycle, encompassing origination, processing, underwriting, closing, and post-closing.
• Proven experience in managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles with financial institutions or mortgage lenders.
• A demonstrated history of successfully closing significant enterprise software deals and managing lengthy sales cycles.
• An established network within the mortgage origination ecosystem, including lenders, consultants, technology partners, and industry organizations.
• Capability to engage and effectively communicate with both executive leadership and technical stakeholders.
• Outstanding presentation, communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
• Experience collaborating with banks, credit unions, IMBs, or other regulated financial entities.
• Familiarity with CRM management, pipeline forecasting, and strategic account planning.
• Willingness to travel as necessary for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
• Direct experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS), mortgage technology platforms, POS systems, PPE solutions, CRM tools, eClose platforms, or similar technologies.
• Background in supporting technical product demonstrations, workshops, or POC engagements.
• Familiarity with cloud-based platforms, APIs, integrations, and AI-driven automation solutions.
• Understanding of mortgage compliance, regulatory workflows, and vendor review processes within financial institutions.
• Active participation in mortgage banking or financial services industry organizations such as MBA, CUNA, or NAFCU.
