Sales, Designer Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Participate in an in-person meeting with a Sales Manager.

• Engage in a week-long paid sales training program.

• Initiate sales routes with assigned appointments, leads, and marketing resources.

• Establish rapport with clients to comprehend their organizational requirements.

• Conduct home assessments to identify potential opportunities.

• Inform customers about available products and services.

• Adhere to sales training in order to assist residential clients with their home organization needs.

• Finalize sales and deliver requested products.

• Create and sell customized organizing solutions for spaces such as closets, home offices, garages, wall beds, media centers, and more.

⛳️ Requirements

• No formal degree, certification, or prior sales experience is required.

• Must be a coachable individual.

• Embrace a growth mindset with a readiness to undergo a 1-week paid sales training.

• Must have reliable access to a motor vehicle.

• A valid driver's license and auto insurance are necessary.

• Comfortable with entering residential properties, offering closet design suggestions, and completing sales transactions.

• Capability to work on a commission-only basis after an initial 8-week period.
