• Participate in an in-person meeting with a Sales Manager.

• Initiate the sales route utilizing assigned appointments, leads, and marketing resources.

• Establish rapport with clients to comprehend their organizational requirements.

• Conduct assessments in customers' homes to identify opportunities.

• Inform customers about the products and services offered.

• Adhere to sales training to support residential clients with their home organization needs.

• Finalize transactions and sell requested products.

• Assist homeowners in transforming their spaces with tailored organizing systems.

• Offer closet design suggestions and complete the sales process.

• Candidate must be coachable.

• Must be willing to undergo a 1-week paid sales training program.

• Reliable access to a vehicle is required.

• Must hold a valid driver's license.

• Auto insurance is necessary.

• Capability to enter residential properties.

• Ability to provide closet design recommendations and complete sales transactions.
