Sales, Designer Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Participate in an in-person meeting with a Sales Manager

• Engage in a week-long paid sales training program

• Initiate sales routes using provided appointments, leads, and marketing resources

• Establish rapport with customers to identify their organizational needs

• Conduct home walkthroughs to evaluate potential opportunities

• Inform customers about available products and services

• Adhere to sales training and assist residential clients with their home organizational requirements

• Finalize deals and sell requested items

• Offer closet design suggestions and complete sales transactions

• Support customers in purchasing custom organizing systems and other related home products

⛳️ Requirements

• No degree, certification, or previous sales experience is required

• Candidates must be coachable

• Possess a growth mindset with a readiness to complete a 1-week paid sales training

• Must have reliable access to a motor vehicle, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance

• Ability to enter residential properties, offer closet design suggestions, and finalize sales

• Must be comfortable with commission-only compensation after 8 weeks
