Sales, Designer Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Participate in an in-person meeting with a Sales Manager

• Engage in a week-long paid sales training program

• Initiate sales routes using provided appointments, leads, and marketing resources

• Develop relationships with customers to comprehend their organizational requirements

• Inspect homes to identify potential opportunities

• Inform customers about available products and services

• Adhere to sales training protocols and employ communication skills to support residential clients

• Finalize transactions and sell requested products

• Offer personalized closet design suggestions and complete sales

• Assist homeowners in transforming their spaces with customized organizing solutions

⛳️ Requirements

• No educational degree, certification, or prior sales experience is required

• Candidates must be open to coaching

• A growth mindset with a readiness to undergo a 1-week paid sales training

• Dependable access to a motor vehicle, along with a valid driver's license and auto insurance

• Capability to enter residential properties, provide closet design recommendations, and finalize sales

• Must be prepared to work on a commission-only basis after an initial 8-week period
