Sales Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and manage dashboards and reports using BI tools for the sales team and executive leadership.

• Conduct ad-hoc analyses leveraging Excel and other data analysis tools to support sales initiatives and address business inquiries.

• Consolidate data into presentations that include visuals and commentary.

• Monitor and report on global sales KPIs, ensuring data precision and uniformity across regions.

• Recognize and implement enhancements for data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.

• Foster relationships with internal stakeholders across various departments, including sales and operational leadership.

• Perform regular quality checks and validation of sales data.

• Assist in the development of standardized reports and consistent data presentation.

• Deliver insights that guide sales strategies and performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience, ideally within sales analytics.

• Expertise in Tableau, Power BI, or Quicksight.

• Strong understanding of SQL.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel.

• Familiarity with dbt or cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks.

• Capability to create and present insightful visuals and commentary to senior leadership and stakeholders.

• Experience in the technology or SaaS sector is preferred.

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.

• Strong communication skills for clearly and concisely presenting complex data.

• Capacity to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage responsibilities based on set objectives.

• Ability to cultivate productive internal working relationships.

• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.

• Reliable internet access for remote work.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis.
