Sales Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Develop, manage, and disseminate sales reports, dashboards, and on-demand analyses that monitor pipeline activity, customer trends, and sales performance.

• Extract and refine data from Salesforce, data lake, and warehouse systems, as well as business intelligence platforms.

• Conduct regular data audits and validation checks to uncover gaps and discrepancies.

• Collaborate with Retail, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Bid, IT, and other departments to grasp reporting requirements and resolve data-related issues.

• Provide timely insights.

• Document reporting procedures.

• Assist in tool maintenance.

• Enhance the methods of data creation and sharing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in sales analysis, business analysis, data analysis, or a closely related area.

• High level of proficiency in Excel, including Power Query.

• Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.

• Practical experience with a business intelligence tool like Power BI or a similar platform.

• Proven ability to audit, validate, and ensure data accuracy throughout reporting workflows.

• Reliable home office setup.

• Self-motivated work habits.

• Preferred: Experience in supporting sales operations or collaborating with sales and marketing teams.

• Preferred: Knowledge of data lake environments or enterprise data extraction methods.

• Preferred: Familiarity with documenting reporting processes or aiding in tool migrations.
