This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Compiling, analyzing, and reporting on sales data.
• Monitoring and assessing competitive activities, as well as customer and market trends.
• Delivering actionable insights to support the sales and marketing teams.
• Reviewing historical and current sales data to identify productivity trends.
• Presenting actionable information and insights.
• Developing new reports and dashboards.
• Assisting Sales Management with KPI/Scorecard development and distribution, while maintaining weekly, monthly, and annual reporting.
• Maintaining and standardizing CRM systems, with a focus on being a Salesforce super user.
• Supporting initiatives aimed at ensuring data integrity and normalization.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
• Expertise in Salesforce.com, with a preference for Salesforce Certified Administrators.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with all levels of management.
• Strong project management capabilities, along with effective time management skills.
• Extensive experience in methodologies and processes for data collection.
• Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple and frequently changing priorities.
• Previous work experience as a data analyst or in a similar field.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.
• An associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
