• Generate sales opportunities for the Retail Sales team
• Respond to inbound calls from customers seeking information about the reverse mortgage program
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers
• Make over 100 calls each day
• Achieve business-defined production metrics
• Assess customers to ensure they meet program criteria (AGE, LTV, Homeowner)
• Transfer interested and qualified customers to the sales team
• Schedule follow-up appointments
• Send information packets to customers
• Update the Sales CRM with notes pertaining to each transaction
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office)
• 10-key data entry skills
• Experience with soft phone technology
• Background in customer service
• Fundamental understanding of reverse mortgage products
• Knowledge of the mortgage industry
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
• Organized and driven by performance
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and spoken
