This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Establish and nurture relationships with customers and partners, including installers, project designers/specifiers, architects, and end customers;
• Engage in sales and commercial negotiations for the Residential Commercial Channel — both sell-in and sell-out;
• Identify and cultivate new partnership opportunities;
• Facilitate commercial training sessions;
• Support the channel's key strategic clients within the Specialized Channel;
• Track annual forecasts for each customer;
• Monitor sell-in and sell-out metrics for the channel's primary clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field;
• Prior sales experience within the air-conditioning industry;
• Proficient in MS Office applications;
• Ability to work remotely (home office);
• Openness to travel;
• Proficient in English is an advantage.
