Sales Coordinator – International Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide daily administrative support to the International Sales Team and CIEE International Representatives.

• Ensure accurate partner and program data is maintained in Salesforce, Beacon, and other internal systems.

• Prepare, review, and process annual cooperation agreements along with various sales documentation.

• Generate and analyze regular reports to assist in managing the performance of International Representatives.

• Aid in the development and organization of training materials.

• Review a substantial amount of data for precision and correctness.

• Gather, review, and monitor compliance documentation for onboarding new agents.

• Track pending action items and follow up with both internal teams and external partners.

• Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, prepare agendas, and document meeting notes.

• Facilitate new partner onboarding by collecting and organizing information, coordinating documentation, and overseeing internal setup.

• Assist with planning and logistics for webinars, conferences, and other sales-related events.

• Create presentations, templates, and communication materials for the sales team.

• Identify areas for enhancing administrative processes and aid in maintaining standard operating procedures.

• Execute other assigned administrative and operational tasks.


⛳️ Requirements

• A post-secondary degree is required.

• Experience in managing data within CRM systems is necessary.

• Familiarity with Salesforce is an advantage.

• Proficient in MS Office applications.

• Willingness to learn new technologies.

• Ability to uphold a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and multitasking abilities.

• Strong work ethic.

• Exceptional attention to detail when examining data and written documents.

• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.

• Capability to take initiative and adapt to varying job duties.

• Background, reference, education, and employment checks will be conducted as a condition of employment.

• A minimum of 1 year of customer service and administrative experience is preferred.
