This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver daily administrative assistance to the International Sales Team and CIEE International Representatives.
• Ensure precise partner and program details are maintained in Salesforce, Beacon, and other internal platforms.
• Prepare, review, and manage annual cooperation agreements along with other sales-related documents.
• Generate and evaluate regular reports to aid in the performance management of International Representatives.
• Assist in the development and organization of training materials.
• Review large volumes of data for accuracy.
• Gather, assess, and monitor compliance documentation for onboarding new agents.
• Track pending action items and follow up with internal teams and external partners.
• Organize meetings, manage calendars, create agendas, and document meeting notes.
• Facilitate new partner onboarding and ensure proper internal setup.
• Aid in planning and logistics for webinars, conferences, and other sales events.
• Create presentations, templates, and communication materials for the sales team.
• Identify opportunities to enhance administrative processes and assist in maintaining standard operating procedures.
• Execute additional administrative and operational tasks as required.
• Contribute to achieving annual program sales targets and long-term business development goals for Inbound Exchanges programs.
• A post-secondary degree is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service and administrative roles is preferred.
• Experience in managing data within CRM systems is essential, with Salesforce experience being a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Willingness to learn new technologies comfortably.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to maintain a broader perspective.
• Capability to uphold a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines.
