
Sales Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a pipeline of incoming leads and assist the Head of Sales in progressing deals.
• Conduct discovery calls, create proposals, and finalize smaller engagements.
• Manage HubSpot, ensuring accurate data and systematic follow-up on outbound initiatives.
• Monitor outstanding items, compose follow-up communications, and hold senior team members accountable.
• Organize intake forms, engagement letters, and internal transitions upon deal closure.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, sales support, or client-facing business development roles.
• Proficiency in CRM systems is essential (HubSpot is strongly preferred).
• Experience providing support to executives or senior team members in an administrative or coordination role.
• Detail-oriented regarding data management.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A strong sense of ownership over your work.
• Persistent in following through on tasks.
• Professional warmth in interactions.
• A background in public accounting, bookkeeping, or related fields is advantageous.
• Experience assisting outbound sales campaigns using platforms like Apollo or Outreach is beneficial.
• Familiarity with the lower middle market or M&A ecosystem is a plus.
• Prior experience in a rapidly growing professional services or B2B setting is a plus.
