Sales Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Calendar Management (60%)

• Confirm, assess, and arrange appointments within SAM calendars.

• Reach out to leads to identify their challenges, objectives, and willingness to invest.

• Establish rapport and provide "elevator education" to leads to prepare them for sales calls.

• Oversee ghost calendars and strategically transfer leads to optimize SAM usage.

• Maintain precise CRM data, develop and manage call lists, and track all interactions.

• Outbound Call Management (20%)

• Supervise outbound dialers in JustCall.

• Conduct outbound calls during idle times to qualify and re-engage prospects.

• Ensure daily talk time and show rate KPIs are consistently met or surpassed.

• Sales Coaching (10%)

• Engage in role plays, coaching sessions, and mentoring with the Sales Manager and Director of Sales.

• Build confidence, refine call scripts, and continuously enhance sales skills.

• Drive measurable increases in weekly sales through practical application of learning.

• Sales Administration (10%)

• Complete assigned CRM tasks, notes, and follow-ups within specified deadlines.

• Monitor KPIs and sales outcomes in reports.

• Provide daily updates on performance and pipeline status.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in phone sales or appointment-setting (required)

• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas

• Excellent communication and active listening abilities

• Confidence in managing objections and generating enthusiasm during calls

• Highly organized, capable of multitasking and effective time management

• Proficient in CRM tools and dialing systems (experience with JustCall is advantageous)

• Positive, coachable, and driven mindset

• Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

• Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience collaborating with entrepreneurs, business owners, or freelancers

• Background in sales operations or managing call systems
