• Overseeing and assisting clients across the Corporate, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions), and Leisure sectors.
• Actively seeking new business clientele and pinpointing sales prospects in accommodations and events.
• Drafting and preparing corporate contracts.
• Nurturing and enhancing current client partnerships.
• Conducting visits to corporate clients and property/site tours.
• Evaluating the locale and consistently tracking market trends.
• Executing effective and innovative sales and marketing initiatives.
• Assisting Sales Managers with the development of action plans, analyses, and reports.
• Keeping brand-relevant RFP tools and sales systems up to date.
• Background in the hospitality sector, preferably in sales/B2B.
• Proficient in German and English.
• Possess a confident and professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently with a structured and solution-focused approach.
• Willingness to travel within the designated sales area.
• Strong guest-centric and hospitality-oriented mindset.
