This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Delivering operational sales assistance to the global sales teams.
• Offering daily support to worldwide sales on various administrative tasks.
• Collaborating with Finance, Order Management, Business Applications, and Global Support.
• Managing product upgrades and term extensions upon request.
• Investigating issues related to orders.
• Ensuring appropriate order assignment while adhering to SLA standards.
• Promoting a customer-centric environment that fosters information sharing, team-oriented sales efforts, and a strong emphasis on new business, renewals, and development.
• Demonstrated experience in sales.
• Background as a sales coordinator or in other administrative roles is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Sales Force CRM and NetSuite.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and administrative support tasks.
• Outstanding customer engagement and relationship-building abilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel for one to two weeks each year for sales meetings and training.
• Flexibility in work hours, particularly during the end of the quarter.
