Sales Controller

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Conducting analysis and reporting through the preparation of routine sales reports (e.g., sales volumes, customer counts, margins, churn rates, and switching movements).

• Analyzing market and competitive data to derive strategic recommendations.

• Creating forecasts, budget plans, and conducting target-versus-actual analyses.

• Developing and maintaining interactive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, and Qlik.

• Evaluating energy tariffs, products, and pricing strategies.

• Assisting with contribution margin calculations and quote pricing.

• Monitoring the financial aspects of campaigns, sales promotions, and marketing initiatives.

• Enhancing our sales processes and KPI systems.

• Collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Portfolio Management, Customer Service, and Controlling.

• Preparing decision-making documents for management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Initial professional experience in controlling, preferably within the energy sector.

• Exceptional analytical abilities and a strong affinity for numerical data.

• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in the energy sector (e.g., EEG, EnWG, price components).

• Proficient in MS Excel, BI tools, and ERP systems.

• A team player with excellent communication skills and a structured, proactive approach to work.
