This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Interact with leads within the SMB segment through various channels including chat, email, phone, and online meetings.

• Provide comprehensive support and follow-up throughout all phases of the Customer Relationship.

• Address general inquiries, facilitate the selling process, and offer after-sale services to customers across different media channels such as telephone, email, website, web chat, and social media.

• Respond to incoming calls and inquiries for various requests, including general information regarding campaign facilities and quote inquiries.

• Manage and assess incoming complaints, ensuring that service provider agents offer all necessary assistance and information to clients to resolve issues, or in specific cases.

• Convert Direct (individual customers) and Indirect (agencies) traffic into sales while delivering high-quality customer service.


⛳️ Requirements

• Applicants must hold at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or Master's Degree in any discipline.

• Ideally, candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience for this position; however, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Strong time management abilities and a drive to exceed expectations are essential.

• Capable of multitasking and utilizing information provided by customers to customize responses and actions to meet specific needs.

• Must possess strong communication skills, with a focus on effective listening and empathizing with customers, as well as good phone etiquette (pace, tone, voice quality, grammar, and articulation).

• Comfortable using computers and multiple systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language relevant to the supporting market.
